For my daughter's 3rd birthday my good friend Nancy made a beautiful wood "A" letter for her. I thought it was such a cool, fun idea that I decided to try out a few for myself. They are a really fun gift idea and I love giving away handmade gifts so this is perfect for me! They are not too hard and not too time consuming and you can totally make them with the child in mind. Here is one I made for Carter to hang outside his door.

He is such a boy and loves all things that "roll" including trains so I thought this would be perfect for him now. The best part is that since it's just paper, I can always change it later to fit his appropriate age.
Here's another one I made last year to hang on the door for Halloween.

Aren't these so fun? Email me if you would like directions on how to make for yourself.
I would love directions for the wood letters BOO.

Thank you.
I love the BOO letters! So clever!
ReplyDeleteVery nice, I love the boo!
ReplyDeleteVery cute. I just found some wooden alphabet letters that I am going to decorate. Did you cut the paper after attaching it to the letters?
