Today I wanted to do a quick post on a card I created based on the latest Mojo Monday. Today is my son's 2nd birthday and even though this card isn't for him. I thought it would be nice to honor him with a post and showcase a birthday card! I wanted to create a birthday card using my small banner stamps from Pink Persimmon. I pulled up this sketch on Thursday night and just knew I had to create something based on it! I just love it. It has so much dimension to it and it called for my favorite thing, twine! Here is the card I created:
Based on this sketch:
Supplies Used:
Stamps: Stampin UP! Teeny Tiny Wishes and Valentine Defined, Pink Persimmon Banner (Small), Market Street Stamps Simply Stitched Borders
Paper: Stampin UP Real Red, Whisper White, Pacific Point and Bashful Blue, Stampin UP Celebrations DSP
Ink: Stampin UP Real Red, Pacific Point, Pear Pizzazz, and Bashful Blue
Ribbon: Stampin UP! White Grosgrain and the Twinery Maraschino
Happy Birthday Carter!!
I love it!!! Great Job!!!
