Stampin Daisies Challenge #3

Good Morning Everyone!  I am so excited for another Stampin Daisies Challenge!  I hope everyone had fun with our last one.  The designers and I had so much fun looking at all the entries.   They all were stunning and that was a really hard sketch to follow.
Here is my card for this weeks challenge, we all used the Birthday Bash set for our cards this week.
The card is based on this sketch from our design team member, Linda.  I of course, flipped it around:-).
We all used this stamp set from the Stampin Daisies line. It is so versatile, I just love it for all those birthday cards I need to send.
If you want to participate in this challenge and have a shot at winning this adorable stamp set.  Link up your card to the Stampin Daisies blog by midnight September 29th.  It's so easy! http://stampindaisies.blogspot.com/

Don't forget to check out the other design team members to see what they created using this stamp set.

Today I want to show my Calendar page I made for the month of September.  If you have been following my blog then you know that I post one of these each month on our fridge and use it in my scrapbook to keep track of everything that happened.  I really love how this one came out! When visiting CHA I stopped at the Taylored Expressions booth and bought some stamps, okay I bought a lot of stamps but who's counting?  I got this adorable school set from them and couldn't wait to create my September "back to school" Calendar page (not to mention the cards and scrapbook pages I can create later)!  Here is what I came up with:
I used my Copics to color in all the stamps, who knew coloring could be so much fun!
 Love this owl!

Supplies Used:
Paper: DCWV Celebrations Paper stack, Stampin UP! Real Red, So Saffron and Whisper White (to stamp the images)  Blue Reflections paper and the apple paper is OLD, I got it from archivers years ago:-)
Stamps: Taylored Expressions Make the Grade
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black
Punches: Stampin UP Perfect Pennant
Various Copic markers to color
Green alphabet stickers for my "SCHOOL" title.
Cricut Designer Calendar cartridge for my calendar grid and September title

Labor of Love Blog Hop

Good Morning all!  If you are looking for the Stampin Daisies Challenge Post, click here.
I am soooo excited for this blog hop.  I just love all things fall and especially Halloween.  I'm not really into the dressing up or the candy but I love the community of it all. I love seeing the neighbors out with their kids each year and kind of having one last hurrah before the snow and cold force us all to go inside.  This blog hop is such an amazing hop.  What Ellen and Madison are doing for these kids is amazing!  I am so happy to participate.  If you came here from Bobbie Jo over at Sweet Sassy Diva then you are in the right place.  If you want to start from the beginning, check out Ellen's blog over at Card Monkey.
Okay, onto my banner.  There are a lot of photos :-)  This banner is very similar to one I made last year that I loved so I thought why not make another and just change it up a bit?
I used my Cricut Mini Monsters Cartridge to cut out all my Monsters:)
The font is from my Plantin Schoolbook Cartridge

The little face on my spider is from the Peachy Keen Everyday Face Collection
This face is from the Peachy Keen Pumpkin Face Parts
This little guy is from Karber, it's a digital stamp that was given to us for this hop.  I got try out my new Copics for it and digital stamping!  So fun!
I used various embossing folders on all the squares to add some dimension to my banner.  I hope you like it!
