Jen's Birthday Blog Hop

Hi all! Happy Saturday! It's a beautiful day to celebrate a birthday!! Happy, Happy Birthday Jen!!

If you arrived here from Natt at http://www.tinynatt.blogspot.com/ then you are in the right place! If you want to enjoy this hop from the beginning, you can go to Melin's blog at http://www.cookingwithcricut.com/2012/06/jens-birthday-hop-day-1.html.  The theme of today's hop is to celebrate Jen's birthday! Here's a  photo of  invitations I made recently to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday.  She wanted a Barbie theme so I used the Forever Young cartridge to get the head image and then my Teresa Collins Baby Boutique for the frame.
For this one I also used Forever Young and then baby boutique for the wings.  The white part is where I printed the details.  (I blurred out a few personal items:))

The really cool thing I did with these invitations is printed out my own patterned paper on my Imagine using the Black and White cartridge!  I used pink paper and took the polka dot pattern, along with the animal print and printed it on top of the pink!  I love how it came out!

Thanks for stopping by!  Happy Crafting!
