If you've come here from Madison's blog over at Funky Cards you are in the right spot! I'm so glad you are joining us today! This blog hop was so easy for me to participate in. I do a lot of fun thank you cards after the holiday season to give thanks to the many people in our lives that went out of their way to give us gifts or host us over the holiday. Here are the two I chose for this hop today.
I just love the snowmen in this card and I love the stamped snowflakes in the background to make it look like it's snowing. This is similar to the Let it Snow card I did earlier in the week.
This ribbon from Stampin UP! is my favorite! It just makes the card and I love these three colors together! Stampin UP! Cherry Cobbler, Basic Gray, and Old Olive. The ribbon is the 1 1/4" Striped Grograin, also in Old Olive.

ReplyDeletevery cute thank you cards,, and YES I do and something I think I am on a one women quest to kepp it up...I went to a wedding in Feb and just got the thank you card in Novemeber I was so upset by this....and they handed then out not mailed ...but I guess when they are that late getting them to you ..ya knnow...ok off my sopa box on TY notes

Thank You cards are lovely to receive - whenever I get one I put it on display - but I have found that not a whole lot of people nowadays care that I've gone to the effort to handmake a card which has slowed down my TY card creations. I'd like to see TY cards and notes picking up because with the social networking of today, real contact with people is slowing down and I really miss letters and cards!
Love it :) The colors choices in the snowman one are very fun.

When I make my Christmas cards, I always save the scraps for my thank you notes. And, I make it a point all year round to send notes of thanks for any occasion.
