Disney/Pixar Blog Hop Day 2

If you are looking for Day 1 of the Cooking With Cricut Blogaversary Blog Hop, click here.

Welcome to the Disney/Pixar Blog hop! I am so excited to be here again in blogland with all my friends doing another Disney hop!  I LOVE all things Disney!!  This past year we went twice, once to Disneyland and once to Disneyworld, so I have been gradually getting all the photos scrapped.  Hopefully you have arrived here from Jenny's Scrapbooking Haven, if not and you want to go back to the begining of the hop and start over, you can start at Shawn at Crafty Chics.
My project for today is a two page layout I did from our trip to Disneyland.  For my Disney album I have been trying to make the pages as easy as I can keeping with the same theme for all of them.  My theme colors are yellow, black, and red and I am also trying to keep the stamp sets uniform too, keeping with stars, banners, and crowns along with my new favorite alphabet stamp set, CTMH Typewriter Keys.
I'm not doing too many Cricut cuts as I am trying to do the album quickly but for this page I thought a few cute Mickey's would add a lot to this.
I love this cute little Mickey below. I'd never cut him out before but my son said we had to have him so here he is.  Sometimes I get a little intimidated by these cuts but these two were super easy!
Love this Mickey lounging.
Love this alphabet set from CTMH, it punches out perfect letters!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Don't forget about the fun giveaway for the Scrap'N Easel-Ette! I have an original Scrap'N Easel and I LOVE it!! I used it to make this layout.
Your next stop is my fellow CWC design team member, Jenny at Crazy About Cricut.

More Disney Autograph Books

Well it's been 5 days since we've been back from Disney and I think I've finally recovered!  Ha, ha!  Before we left for Disney I actually had someone request me to make autograph books for her kids after seeing my post on the books I made for my nieces, click here to check it out.  I was so excited to have a paying order for something I made!  I wanted to make sure everything was perfect so she and I emailed back and forth on what she wanted and here is what we came up with.

This one was for her son.  I cut out the goofy image from the Cricut Mickey and Friends, using my Imagine to print out the colors, and the frame I think is from Mickey and Friends as well.  The words Easton are from the Cricut Mickey Font cartridge.  All the background papers are from my stash.  The book was bound using my Cinch.
Here is the inside. I put 40 pages in there to be sure they had enough room for autographs and photos:)
This was for her little girl.  All paper was printed using my Imagine and the Cricut Imagine Teresa Collins Baby Boutique Cartridge.  Princess Aurora was cut from the Disney Princess Happily Ever After cartridge and the colors were printed using my Imagine.  Here daughters name was cut using Mickey and Friends again.
Crown paper from the Cricut Imagine Teresa Collins Baby Boutique Cartridge.
This inside pattern is also from Cricut Imagine Teresa Collins Baby Boutique Cartridge.
Thanks for stopping by!  I had so much fun making these books and I hope the kids have a blast using them at Disney.

Minnie Mouse Halloween

Today I finished a layout I had been thinking about for a while and finally cut out. I designed this all on my gypsy and got the idea from this months Creating Keepsakes magazine. I love how it came out so I thought I would post. I cut the scalloped border from Plantin Schoolbook, the Minnie Mouse and the Minnie Mouse wording from Mickey and Friends and the Halloween and the Mickey frame from Mickey font. I also searched high and low for some ed and white polka dot paper, after finally giving up on finding some I created my own! (how creative of me right?LOL!) I have an old SU polka dot stamp that worked well to create the dots on my red paper.

Supplies Used:
Stamps: Stampin UP! Polk Dot (retired)
Ink: Stampin UP! White Craft
Paper: Stampin UP! Basic Black, Whisper White, Green Galore (retired), Sahara Sand, the red, cream and the pink are out of my scraps
